Getting ‘Likes’ And Comments

You’re getting a lot of “likes” and “comments” (but not as many reach-outs as you’d like) because your vague language and ‘coaching cliches’ are positioning you as a just another “Helpful Expert” …

Instead of positioning you as an exquisitely one-of-a-kind expert with a powerhouse program unlike anything else out there.

Your readers (while they are ‘cheering you on’) … are having a difficult time discerning:

  1. How you are different from experts they (mistakenly) perceive do the same thing that you do, and

  2. What the tangible benefits would be from working with you.

You’re also posting a lot of ‘inspirational’ content (quotes, memes, shares, etc.).

This not only muddles your message … it also dilutes the potency of your brand, because your audience isn’t feeling the ENERGY and authenticity of YOUR deep wisdom, YOUR genuine regard for them, and YOUR unique perspectives.

^ Me on a Uniqueness Unveiled Audit yesterday, where I walked my client through a 2-hour session critiquing her content, brand messaging, and positioning.

> Client: Yikes. Yep. Ok, where do we go from here??

Moral Of The Story:

Clarity, specificity, and authenticity should be your guiding principles regarding content – especially now, when so many experts are outsourcing and/or utilizing AI to generate content.

Your audience can FEEL your energy in your (original) written words …

And when you combine that with VIVID language that clearly illustrates how you work, and how you are DISTINCT …

Your soul-aligned clients will naturally be moved to action (not just “liking” and commenting).
