Mentorship Call Schedule & Flow

This is an evergreen program, which means that the coaching calls are not aligned with particular curriculum piece.
You can move through the materials (to which you have lifetime access) at your own pace — and come to the calls with questions about whatever lesson you want coaching on, or content you want my eyes and loving “red pen” on.

Any exceptions will be announced in the FB group.
I take a 2-week break around the winter holidays, and 4-6 weeks during the summer months.

Answers To Questions You May Be Contemplating…

You’ll be most successful in acquiring clients via the ‘Tranquil Funnel’ framework if:
✔️ You’re an evolving or established expert with a proven process (not just theoretical knowledge), and you consistently facilitate real client results in some form — though you may not yet be charging "high-ticket" fees. (Example: You're a therapist moving into coaching.)
✔️ You’re open creating longer-form content in some medium (I.E.: blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.) , and you’re open to having me teach you methods to making this content highly searchable / discoverable, as well as more effective in moving your potential clients to action.
✔️ You already have a presence on at least one social media platform, and you understand that it can take 2-3 months (minimum) to completely untether from social. Therefore, you’re willing to keep posting on social while you craft the “Discoverability Platform” piece of your Tranquil Funnel.
✔️ You’re a thinker, and can take the principles I teach … and strategically & creatively apply them to your own business (with my help on the mentoring calls, of course!).
Then you’re probably not a great fit for this program.
My real gift is showing you how to articulate what you already do in the most advantageous way possible … and how to use my simple, organic method to create LESS content of higher quality … that works in the background for you, ‘round the clock, to attract inbound inquiries for your programs or services.
If you’ve never even sold one of your offers, then quite honestly, you will struggle in this program.
I know we all have to start somewhere, but I would not be serving you if I told you that this program was right for you.
Your tranquil funnel will be comprised of several elements, primarily to start:
- One ‘Visibility Platform’ (social media) of your choice
- One ’Discoverability Platform’ (non-social media) of your choice
I’ll be showing you how to create more POTENT posts for your Visibility Platform (social media), so that you can post less often, but with greater efficacy. I’ll also be showing you how to drive followers from social into your NON-social realm — so that you can eventually rely primarily on your Discoverability Platform(s) rather than your social platforms for lead generation.
To that end, it is helpful for you already to have some sort of presence on social media & following (even if it’s tiny) to start out.
A simple website is also recommended, and I’ll be showing you how to optimize your site to complement your Discoverability Platform, once you choose it.
You may or may not already have a presence on a Discoverability Platform (non-social, such as YouTube, Beehiiv, Substack, a podcast channel, etc.). I’ll be showing you how to leverage such a platform in the program.
This is a long-term strategy, NOT an ‘instant fix’.
If you are short on cash, desperate for clients, or impatient about ‘getting results’ … this is not the program nor the strategy for you.
That being said, in my experience, when experts consistently apply the principles taught, they often begin to see results within 2-4 months of consistently applying the strategies and tactics taught.
This is why this is a 6-month program … to help you get grounded in the foundations and have plenty of time to thoroughly understand and implement the principles.
No. This program is a newer, expanded iteration of an older program I taught for several years called Organic Funnel FIRE. I am updating the materials and adding a component on SEO and long-form “discoverability” content.
To that end, I am recording the Masterclasses and releasing them every 1-2 weeks. The first masterclass will be available by July 15, with all six Masterclasses being recorded and released by September 15.
If you’re joining PRIOR to July 15, there are “PRE”-program activities for you to complete, and you’ll be granted an extra two months in the program so that you have a full six months to digest the material.
You’ll have lifetime access to the learning materials.
It is important to note that “lifetime access” is actually a legal term that means, “for the lifetime of the program or business” (not for the rest of MY life). :) That being said, my plan is to keep this program around for the foreseeable future.
You’ll have six (6) months access to the FB group, with an option to stay longer for a reasonable fee, should you so desire.
I get it! We’re all busy … especially if you’ve been very active posting on social (which is why you might be interested in this program in the first place!).
Remember, this is an evergreen program, which means that clients are coming and going at any given time, and there is NO “set schedule” for you to follow.
There are six (6) meaty masterclasses, each about 60-90 minutes long, but broken into distinct “chapters”, so you can watch and implement in one session, or in smaller chunks. You can stretch these out over the entire six months, or do them all in one week; it’s up to you.
You will also need 2-3 hours per week to complete the writing (and/or videos) to start populating your Discoverability Platform.
Remember, the goal of the program is to help you shift the bulk of your publishing efforts from your Visibility Platform (social) to your Discoverability Platform (non-social) — so that eventually, the longer-form content assets you’ve built on your Discoverability Platform are PASSIVELY getting you discovered, and sending people to book calls with you or purchase your programs.
So the 2-3 hours weekly invested in creating content will eventually pay off major dividends in terms of time you’ll no longer need to spend on your Visibility Platform in the future.
