We begin with a guided, “white-glove” discovery process where I get to know the soul of your business. It’s designed to draw out your vision — without handing you a stack of forms to complete. Rather than expecting you to articulate everything on paper, I lead you through a focused Zoom conversation where your ideas, preferences, and instincts can emerge naturally.
If I’m writing your copy (as an add-on for the Essentials Package, or as part of the Platinum Package), we’ll schedule a second session to capture your voice, expertise, and the nuances of your work. These conversations are recorded and become the strategic foundation that shapes your entire site.

With your vision clarified, we map out the structure of your site and gather everything needed to bring it to life. This includes your page list, branding elements, and any existing visuals or media.
If any pieces are missing—or would benefit from refinement—I’ll guide that process here. This step ensures that both your strategy and materials are aligned before we move into design.

I begin by designing your homepage — the central entry point and first impression of your brand. This is where your visual direction, messaging flow, and overall tone take shape.
We’ll also define what you want your visitors to do, and structure the page to support that outcome. Your feedback here ensures the site reflects not just your preferences—but the way you naturally think and communicate.

With the initial concept in place, we refine the homepage together. This is a focused, collaborative stage where we adjust layout, language, and visual elements until everything feels clear, cohesive, and fully aligned.
By the end of this step, the homepage becomes a true expression of your brand—and the standard that guides the rest of the build.

Using the homepage as our guide, I design the remaining pages to create a seamless, consistent experience across your site. Once the full build is complete, we review everything together and identify any final refinements.
We’ll ensure every detail—from messaging to functionality—is polished, intuitive, and working exactly as intended before launch.

We conclude with a live training session where I walk you through how to manage and update your Squarespace site with confidence. You’ll learn the essentials, along with any custom features unique to your build.
This session is recorded for your reference, so you’ll leave not only with a finished site—but with the clarity and confidence to maintain it with ease.

I take a distinctive & sophisticated approach to website design & strategy: I craft your main website as a simple, elegant conversion ‘funnel’ … but drive lead flow from your blog.
This means that, while I do basic SEO & GEO on your main site, the deeper lead-generation is driven by the blog (not the site itself) — in alignment with helping you get found and recommended by AI. Writing content that is discoverable by AI (so that it recommends you in chats your potential clients have) is the new way to be found — and it’s proving far more effective that outmoded “keyword research”.
